Rowan is a big-hearted, affectionate companion who loves nothing more than to be around his people. He’s about two years old, short and stalky 60lbs, with a beautiful brindle coat and soulful eyes that tell you exactly how much he loves you.

He’s a gentle goofball who fits right into family life — he’s housebroken, kennel trained, and great with kids and other dogs. Rowan has lived peacefully with multiple dogs and loves to snuggle on the couch or curl up for naps right next to you. He’s playful and curious, sometimes climbing up on things just to be near everyone or to see what’s going on.

Rowan’s ideal home is one with space to play and someone who appreciates a loyal shadow — he just wants to be wherever his people are.

Due to strict Fort Carson housing regulations regarding certain breeds, his current family is heartbroken to have to let him go, but they want to make sure he finds the loving home he deserves.
