Meet Watson! 🔎🐾

Watson and his brother, Sherlock, already have quite the tale to tell! They were found in a bucket in Texas’s Rio Grande Valley, flown to Northeast Texas, and then hitched a ride all the way to Colorado to find their forever families.

Watson is the quieter, more cautious of the two brothers. He can be shy and timid, and sudden movements may send him running to find a safe hiding spot. He prefers to approach people on his own terms, but once he feels comfortable, he loves being gently petted.

This sweet boy is food motivated and learning that new things aren’t so scary. He mastered the stairs pretty quickly with a little coaxing, although the doggie door is still a mystery he isn’t quite ready to investigate. When he’s tired, he puts himself in his crate for a nap like the good boy he is—and he’s also great in the car!

Watson loves toys and a good game of chase. He also loves to sit very properly while patiently waiting to see what your next move will be. His adorable little beauty marks on and above his right eye give him a unique look that is completely his own.

He’ll need a patient family willing to give him the time, reassurance, and space he needs to build confidence at his own pace. With a little patience and plenty of treats, this uniquely handsome, gentle little sidekick is sure to become the most loyal companion. 💙🐾
