Briar Rose is 8 months old and came in with her 2 sisters. When she first meets anyone she will be reserved, but curious. She has not shown any signs of fear she just takes a few minutes to warm up to people. She will not bark or run away she will just observe! Once she breaks out of her shell, she becomes how you would expect a 8 month old pup to be! She loves to play with toys, do zoomies in the house or on the dog bed, has adapted really quick to leash walks as well.

We are still getting comfortable with the crate, everyday seems to be a bit more receptive to it. Once she is in she is an absolute angel- not a peep when inside! Has been left with toys and she doesn't tear them up (we will test a bed soon)

She has done great with other doggy friends. She is very attentive when outside if there are neighbors, or on walks with people walking by she wants to watch them the whole time. Loud noises do spooke her and make her jumpy. We are already making big strides on potty training as long as you stay on top of it she is starting to understand to take potty breaks when outside, I think seeing other dogs do it is a huge help!

She has a puppy playful side but caught on to recall very quickly, comes inside when called, if you point to the dog bed she has ran right to it and sat down every time! Briar Rose will make a great pup with another dog friend to run around with and show her the ropes in life!

Meet Butler! This sweet little guy has been my first foster and he has been nothing shy of perfect! (Well as perfect as puppies can be of course!) Butler has not made a single accident in the house (and I ened up being gone 8 hours on accident one day) and he has kept his kennel clean as well. I have yet to hear him bark, and when he whines a quick "no" and he quiets down right away. We are going to be working on leash training in the next few days, but I have no doubts he will master it quickly. All in all this guy is full of puppy energy, very sweet, and would LOVE to have another dog in his new home to keep learning from, and to play with of course!

Meet Duke, He’s been a whirlwind of sweetness and energy, loves to cuddle and cover you with kisses. Hello there! I'm Eggy, but you can call me Eggs, Eggo, or Egg Man Whoo! (Yes, like the Beatles, and I LOVE when you sing it to me). I consider myself one of the happiest little pups around! I was born in early June as part of what my foster mom calls the Breakfast Krew. I've been on a mission to explore everything this big, exciting world has to offer. I might seem a bit shy at first—I'm a firm believer in "Stranger Danger"—but once I'm comfortable, I'm pure joy. I love giving my trusted human hugs too!

I'm crate-trained and house-trained with the help of a doggy door, and I sleep soundly through the night. I love cuddling with my furry friends; there's something special about a snuggle for nap time. I also enjoy cuddling with humans, including the little ones, and I find cats endlessly fascinating, though I'm still trying to persuade my foster kitty housemates to play with me. Chew toys and noisy toys? Yes, please! And sunbathing? Absolutely! Whether it's sunny or snowy, sunbathing is my favorite pastime. I'm a smart boy and have a pretty good idea of what's okay to chew and what's not. I am food motivated and I'm mastering commands like "sit," "down," and "leave it," and I'm improving my leash-walking skills.

Freddy is a sweet, lovable, almost one year old mixed breed male that is so excited to find a family of his own! Freddy came to us a few weeks ago and has thrived in his foster home environment. He is a medium/high energy dog who loves to go on walks, eat treats, and nap out in sun.

He loves other dogs, cats, people and kids! Freddy is still shy and cautious, but we have found him trustworthy to free roam at night. We do still crate him on different occasions to keep up the crate-training and he still begrudgingly gets in. Freddy is great in his crate too, there have been no accidents, he just likes to make noise when you are coming and going! Freddy does incredibly well on a leash but has some fear when it comes to getting in the car.

We think Freddy would do great in a medium/high activity home. We do a minimum of two 45 minute walks a day and he still has energy to play with our other dog. Freddy is a herding dog and does provide small nips to let you know when he wants something or wants you to go somewhere with him! Freddy has been living his best life these last few weeks and Colorado seems to be agreeing with him. We believe Freddy will make an excellent addition to your home and can't wait for you to meet him!

Meet Jackson! He is the perfect gentleman in his crate and has been the best boy with potty training! He had a small tinkle the first day, but has since been accident free! He is still a puppy and is currently going through his mouthing stage; we are working hard to redirect those sharp baby teeth! He responds well to correction, when needed, and he is in the early stages of learning the basic sit, down, and stay commands! This smart boy has so much love to give! Once we find the right family for him, they will have a lifelong member of their crew that will gladly be a couch potato or have all cylinders running in order to keep up with all your adventures! He is also amazing with kids, dogs, and people (if taken slow to warm up)! I think he would do best in a household that has a strong confident foundation so he knows he can't get away with any naughty behavior!

This handsome guy is Jedidiah, Jed, Jeddy, and handsome bo-bandsome (as his foster mom calls him.) Jed is a VERY sweet and intellegent guy who is almost 2 years old. Despite his age on paper, this guy is VERY much a puppy trapped inside a big kid body. He is re-learning what it is like to be in a house, and with other dogs after being in the shelter for many months. He does great with going potty outside and is completely crate trained. However, we are still working on jumping, not using shoes and other household items as chew toys, as well as basic home manners. This guy is SO receptive to corrections and redirections and will be very easy to train into your routine. Because this big guy thinks he is a puppy, we recommend a home with bigger kiddos only who are used to having bigger dogs until he can curb his jumping even more. BUT he LOVES everyone he meets and is just a bundle of love. He does great with other dogs, but needs someone who is ready for some constant playing because this guy has some energy! He loves the cat, but again does not realize his size so he may be a little intimidating for cats (unless you have one ready to hand out a correction) All in all Jedidiah is a true good boy through and through, he just needs a family ready to give him a little bit of consistency and TLC and we promise he will give you a lifetime of love back!

Luigi does have a unique walk as you will notice when you meet him, when he was examined at the vet and it was determined that he suffered a fracture that healed improperly. Meet Pancake! This adorable girl is quite the well behaved little pup. She adores our little ones (5 & almost 2) and plays very well with them. Pancake also respects our personal dog (70lbs), as he is still trying to get used to having the young pups in his home so he likes to keep his distance. We are having occasional accidents in the house, but with the often potty breaks, we hope those will be a thing of the past very soon. Pancake is staying dry in her crate overnight as well! Great progress. All around, this little lady knows to how play hard, and love even harder.

When I see you, I have wiggle butt and my big perky ears up to say hi. I have the MOST stunning brindle coat too! I’m 11 months old, fully vetted, and ready to come home with you. I’m great with other dogs, ignore cats, and like kids! I don’t mean to brag, but I’m also the perfect sized dog at just 40 pounds. Did I mention I love snuggling? I think laps are kinda the best thing EVER! With my sleek build I’d make a stellar hiking buddy, or if you wanted to train me for agility my foster mom says I’d be awesome at that too. I’m also cool with just hanging out at the house if that’s more your speed.

Teddy is growing up ! He’s an energetic boy who also loves a cool nap, literally likes to lay on the A/C vents. He is a great alert dog and found his bark quickly. He is working on his socialization face to face with people and dogs he doesn’t know. Turns out he’s more afraid in bigger social settings. Slow intros are a big must for Teddy (Kids tend to make him more nervous so far) He’s very good in the comfort of our home with our dogs (small and big) as well as cat friendly, he doesn’t really have any interest in ours. Teddy loves having doggy siblings to play with even though he initially gives off the ‘I don’t like anyone vibes’. You can tell him to grab a toy if siblings are tuckered out and he will. He’s pretty much mastered the “All Done”, “sit”, and “come” commands. “Lay down” we have selective hearing sometimes. He does “leave it” really well on our walks. He loves walks and does really well walking and listening. (Again from a distance with others until he works on more socialization training) He’s doing much better at his greetings when HIS people come home and sits instantly for pets. He uses a slow feeder and has gotten used to the fact everyone has their own bowl throughout the day so we are able to keep food down for our slow eater and he leaves it be. He’s super smart and willing to learn. He goes to the door and occasionally rings the bell to go out potty or to just soak up some rays. Sometimes he needs a buddy to remind him to go potty while he’s out there because those sticks are so cool. He doesn’t have accidents in his kennel, but he’s not the biggest fan of being in it. He only goes in when we are both away, but it’s always up and he lays in it, so potentially could learn to love it. He sleeps in bed through the night with us and will give stretchy paws and body flops at you when he’s ready to get up for morning potty. He gets a little scared going in the car for rides but he rides well in the car.

Hello! I'm Trinket, a courageous little lady with a passion for adventure and a touch of independence. I was born at the begging of July. My foster mom calls me a "feisty firecracker," and I think it fits me perfectly. The only things that intimidate me are loud machines, like vacuums or hair dryers after a bath. I'm quite the clever pup, mastering commands like "sit," "down," "off," and "leave it." Although I'm house-trained(with a doggies door), I must confess, I'm not fond of going out in the snow! I am crate-trained and sleep soundly through the night. I usually pay little attention to cats and get along well with children, even if my playful spirit can be overwhelming at times, and sometimes I get really into it. Despite my small size, I'm a bundle of energy with a big love for fun! I'm always ready to play, even when my foster siblings have had enough. My favorite toys are the ones bigger than me that make all sorts of noises—I adore a good squeak! After a day full of excitement, I love to snuggle up and shower you with kisses until I drift off to sleep. I thrive on being the center of attention and can't wait to find a forever home where I can be your favorite little firecracker!

Her favorite game is snatching any item of clothing she can find and running off with it. She’s quite the little thief, but it’s all in good fun. When her foster sisters head upstairs, Wednesday takes her chance to jump on the couch, hoping for a forgotten treat or two.
She’s a quick learner and already sleeps through the night in her crate, though she’s still working on house training. Wednesday is great with other dogs and loves playtime, making her an excellent companion for any furry friends in the home. While she’s a bit of a jumper when greeting people (those kisses are hard to resist!), she’s also great with kids and just loves to be close to her humans. A true little shadow, she’ll be the best cuddle buddy you could ask for. If she could be on top of or nuzzled up so close with her human at all times, she would!
